How can someone get a credit card if they are living in a country whose banks do not issue credit cards?

don’t hold the answer perhaps then (with all respect) there’s something massively wrong with morocco.
If your friend wants to buy something he can use my Credit Card.
Visa and MasterCard do not operate in Morocco.
